RETENCIJA OGULIN – I ZAŠTITA PRUGE SE RJEŠAVA. GRADONAČELNIK OPET IGNORIRAN.

Svako malo, tko o čemu, a ja o Retenciji. Da mi ne bi prigovorili da funkcioniram po onoj......“ne laje kuja zbog sela već zbog sebe“, traba reći da je za konačno riješenje ovog, za grad vitalnog problema, velik broj Ogulinaca životno zainteresiran.
U svemu je i premijer Plenković sigurno imao odigrao značajnu ulogu, kada je prilikom posjeta Ogulinu 2017. godine rekao:
„Ključ rješenja za ovo područje je izgradnja retencije kod Hreljina. To je strateški projekt“. I onda je sve ozbiljnije krenulo.
I priča se onda brže zakotrljala. Danas je u Uredu županice, upriličeno svečano uručenje Ugovora o izvođenju radova na zaštiti HŽ pruge. Time se riješava i onaj zadnji problem, kako bi se konačno zaokružio kompletan projekt.
Posao je dobila tvrtka Swietelsky d.o.o, koja je već radila na pregradnom mjestu retencije, a dobila je i posao na izgradnji brane retencije, s pripadajućim objektima.
Ugovore je uručio generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đuroković predstavniku izvođača radova tvrtke Swietelsky d.o.o, Zvonku Dundoviću.
Županica Martina Furdek Hajdin izjavila je kako se radi o završnoj fazi izgradnje retencije te dodala:
„Iznimno je važno da su sada konkretno ugovorene sve faze izgradnje projekta, i da našim Ogulincima treba još samo malo vremena i strpljenja da sustav bude dovršen i da grad Ogulin bude sigurniji“.
Zvonko Dundović je ispred izvođača radova istaknuo kako je ovo posljednji ugovor u ovom kompleksnom projektu „Zaštita željezničke pruge“, vrijedan 7,9 milijuna eura.
Kako je naveo, radi se i o željezničkim radovima, u zoni pruge Ogulin-Rijeka. Gradi se armirano betonski zaštitni zid koji će osiguravati prugu kako za visokih voda ne bi došlo do oštećivanja dijelova željezničke pruge, a obuhvaća i gradnju konstrukcije nadvožnjaka iza kolodvora Ogulin.
Generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda, Zoran Đuroković, koji je već bezbroj puta bio u Ogulinu po pitanju retencije, izjavio je kako su konačno došli do faze zaokruživanja ukupnog procesa dodjela ugovora za gradnju retencije Ogulin, koja će moći privremeno zahvatiti više od šest milijuna kubičnih metara vode. Brana je, da ponovim po valjda stoti puta, duga 577 metara, visine 15, a u kruni široke 5 metara.
Ovom posljednjom dodjelom ugovora, bit ćemo u mogućnosti dovršiti gradnju samog objekta retencije Ogulin. Projekt je, do opet ponovim, vrijedan 186 milijuna kuna ili 25 milijuna eura, od čega se 85 posto pokriva iz EU sredstava, a 15 posto je domaća komponenta koju će snositi Hrvatske vode putem Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja. Direktor Đuroković je istaknuo, kako će se retencija Ogulin, pružiti puno veću sigurnost u obrani od poplave za sam grad Ogulin, a radovi bi trebali početi u ožujku kada to dozvole vremenske prilike.
I na kraju da spomenem, jer to je već pomalo čudno, na ovo uručenju Ugovora o izvođenju radova na zaštiti HŽ pruge, nije pozvan gradonačelnik Domitrović.
A nije pozvan ni 9. prosinca prošle godine, kada je također u Uredu županice, izvođaču radova upriličeno svečano uručenje ugovora za gradnju brane.
Od kada je aktualiziran projekt Retencije Ogulin, nekako su mi i čudni i nejasni odnosi na relaciji Grad Ogulin – Hrvatske vode. Ja sam na blogu „Ogulin u srcu“ objavio početak radova na Retenciji, a o tome gradonačelnik Domitrović nije imao pojma. Nešto očito nije štimalo. Onda je gradonačelnik, odgovarajući na viječničko pitanje, rekao najprije kako nema nikakvih kontakata s Hrvatskim vodama, da bi onda kasnije, rekao, kako su kontakti dobri. A koliko su ti kontakti dobri, najbolje se vidi iz činjenice, da je dva puta ignoriran kada su uručivani ugovori o završnim radovima na Retnciji.
Bez obzira na to, da očito postoje šumovi na relaciji Grad-Hrvatsk vode, u razloge kojih nebi ulazio, mišljenja sam da je Domitrović, kao gradonačelnik, na taj skup ipak trebao biti pozvan. A dobri odnosi s Hrvatskim vodama, u našem su interesu. Jer očekujemo nastavak gradnje kanalizacijskog sustava, gdje su Hrvatske vode ponovno glavni igrač. A taj projekt već nekoliko godina stoji. Nebi bilo loše da budemo malo mudri kada su interesi grada u pitanju, i da se s Hrvatskim vodama ne idemo „bočit“, već malo „prišmajhlat“.
