BJELIN IDE DALJE - U PODUZETNIČKOJ ZONI KUPUJE DODATNIH 13 HEKTARA

Direktor tvrtke "Bjelin", Stjepan Vojinić, uputio je Gradu, točnije Poduzetničkoj zoni, pismo namjere za investiranje u nove proizvodne pogone u Zoni.
Nakon što je Gradsko vijeće na svojoj sjednici jednoglasno prihvatilo ponudu trgovačkog društva BJELIN d.o.o. za kupnju nekretnina u Poduzetničkoj zoni Ogulin, 21. 12. prošle godine, to s službeno „amenovano“. U nazočnosti predstavnika Grada i tvrtke Bjelin, potpisan je ugovor o kupnji 23 hektara zemljišta u našoj Poduzetničkoj zoni, a 8. siječnja ove godine, tvrtka "Bjelin" uplatila sav iznos za kupnju zemljišta u iznosu od 1.720.000 eura.
U redovitim kontaktima s gradskom vlasti, a posebno s predsjednikom Gradskog vijeća Željkom Stipetićem, u Bjelinu su već tada izrazili potrebu za dodatnim zemljištem u Zoni. Nakon prve kupnje od 23 hektara, iz Bjelina su u pismu namjere izrazili potrebu za kupnjom dodatnih 13 hektara za izgradnju tvornice podnih obloga Nadura i pogon spajanja furnira. Ove investicije provodili bi u sklopu petogodišnjeg invrsticijskog ciklusa. Pošto su se 20. siječnja stekli uvjeti za prodaju još 100.000 m2 zemljišta u Poduzetničkoj zoni, krenulo se je u daljnju realizaciju, kako bi se osiguralo tvrtci "Bjelin", da može u potpunosti osigurati prostor za svoj Investicijski i razvojni plan. To će se realzirati na dvije naredne sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Ogulina.
