POTPISAN UGOVOR ZA FINANCIRANJE IZGRADNJE DJEČJEG VRTIĆA U SV.PETRU

Jučer je gradonačelnik Dalibor Domitrović u pratnji zamjenice Ivane Salopek Šumonja posjetio Ministarstvo poljoprivrede kako bi tamo potpisao ugovor o sufinanciranju izgradnje novog dječjeg vrtića u Svetom Petru. Izgradnja vrtića će se financirati iz EU fondova putem mjere 7.4.1 za ruralni razvoj. Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 9,1 milijun kuna od čega grad Ogulin financira 1,7 milijuna kuna, a ostatak EU i RH.
Ovaj projekt je pripremljen i uspješno prijavljen na natječaj u izuzetno kratkom roku. Projektna dokumentacija, rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa i ishođenje građevinske dozvole, što uobičajeno traje godinama, u ovom slučaju je provedeno u roku nekoliko mjeseci, a to predstavlja izniman pothvat i razlog je više zašto možemo biti ponosni na ovaj uspjeh.
Novi dječji vrtić moći će primiti 162 djece različitog uzrasta, od jasličke do predškolske dobi. Radi se o prioritetnom projektu za grad Ogulin jer nedostatak mjesta u dječjim vrtićima nije problem samo u demografskom smislu nego i u gospodarskom. Ulaganja investitora u narednom razdoblju za posljedicu će imati povećanje potražnje za radnom snagom. Vrlo je vjerojatno da će se u Ogulinu nastaviti trend rasta broja djece, moguće je da će postojeći investitori privlačiti radnu snagu iz drugih dijelova županije i Republike Hrvatske pa će se potreba za dodatnim mjestima u vrtićima dodatno povećati. Zadaća grada je građanima i investitorima omogućiti život i rad na području za koje su odgovorni. Briga o djeci u tom smislu mora biti prioritet gradske vlasti. Očito je ovo prepoznato pa je zato u realizaciju ovog projekta i uloženo iznimno puno rada i energije.
