KONSTITUIRANA RADAN SKUPINA ZA INFORMATIKU I DIGITALIZACIJU ZRVATSKE ZAJEDNICE ŽUPANIJA.

Jučer je održana konstituirajuća sjednica radne skupine za informatiku i digitalizaciju Hrvatske zajednice županija. Potrebu za osnivanjem radne skupine potvrdili su župani i županice na drugom kolegiju Hrvatske zajednice županija.
Za voditelja navedene radne skupine jednoglasno je odabran Ogulinac Matija Palalić, voditelj Odsjeka za informatiku i uredsko poslovanje Karlovačke županije, dok je za njegovu zamjenu, također jednoglasno, odabran Puljanin ili Puležan, kako volite, Božidar Rački, voditelj Odsjeka za informatizaciju i digitalizaciju Istarske županije.
„Svima nam je u interesu da podijelimo iskustva i zajednički dođemo do određenih rješenja problema s kojima se susrećemo na terenu, ali i da standardiziramo postupke za sve županije kako bi bili što sličniji. To je posebno važno u kontekstu uspostavljanja pametnih županija i digitalne tranzicije“ objasnio je voditelj Matija Palalić i upoznao prisutne s projektima u koje je uključena Karlovačka županija, a tiču se digitalizacije i informatizacije.
U nastavku sjednice članovi Radne skupine su razgovarali o izazovima s kojima se susreću u svom radu, prvim koracima u uspostavi što bolje suradnje i budućim aktivnostima. Dogovoreno je kako će neke od tema za iduću sjednicu biti rasprava oko novog prijedloga Zakona o uredskom poslovanju te dostupni besplatni alati koji su na raspolaganju županijama.
