POČELA GRADNJE TRGOVAČKOG CENTRA HEY Park.
Danas su radnici GTM „Gavan“, u ulici Sv. Roka, preko puta izložbenog prostora polovnih automobila „Lovrić“, počeli gradnju velikog trgovačkog centra - HEY Park.
Uz novu trgovačku ponudu, u svemu je dobro, što se predviđa i otvaranje pedesetak radnih mjesta, što će barem donekle umanjiti štetu nastalu otpuštanjem radnika u Bjelinu.
Oko 50-ak radnika upošljava tvrtka HEY Park u svojim centrima u Vukovaru i Zadru. U Zadru je centar otvoren 2022-e a u Vukovaru, prošle godine.
Koliko će sve to koštati. Iz HEY Parka spominju višemilijunsku investiciju, a obzirom da je takav centar u Vukovaru koštao 13 milijuna eura, ne vjerujem da će naš biti jeftiniji. Tu treba dodati i sredstva koje će uložiti njihovi poslovni partneri poput Spara i Sport Visiona. Uz njih će kupcima i posjetiteljima u HEY Parku, na raspolaganju biti još proizvodi Mullera, TEDi, Pepco, Sinsay, s. Olivera, Deichmanna.
Novi centar biti će velik poput nogometnog igrališta, točnije 107 x 50 metara, s velikim parkiralištem.
Prema predviđanjima, sa radom bi trebao krenuti u 12. mjesecu.
