SOPARNIK, KAJ JE TO ???
Za Marija Stipetića, mnogi već znaju. Naš Ogulinac. Lomošćan. Ili Lomoščanin. Milče, ako će vam biti jasnije. Dobio je, ako se ne varam u datumu, 2012. godine nagradu – Ponos Hrvatske. Iz plamtećeg automobila izvukao je žensku osobu i svojim tijelom štitio ju je od vatre te joj je svojim rukama fiksirao vrat i održavao pri svijesti do dolaska ekipe hitne medicinske pomoći.
Onda je put Marija odveo prema moru. Vojsku je služio u „nalipšem gradu na svitu“ – Splitu. U mornarici. Bio je i voditelj ophodnje na brodu Pomorske policije, koji je pokrivao područje od Šolte do Lastova.
Poslije je naš Milče otišao u Zagreb, na Policijsku akademiju. gdje je bila i Lucija Čorić. I dogodila se ljubav, koja je bila razlogom, što se je Mario preselio Lucin kraj, u Tugare. Mjesto je to u Srednjim Poljicima, administrativno u sastavu grada Omiša, a Split im je „pod nosom“.
I tu se Mario malo promijenio. Nakon Lucije, zaljubio se je i u soparnik.
Umjesto špeka, polica i kiselog zelja, otkrio je to staro poljičko jelo. Blitva, luk, češnjak, maslinovo ulje i tanko tijesto.
Sve domaće. I sve se ručno radi. Po pravoj domaćoj recepturi.
Onda se Mariju i njegovoj Luciji, rodila ideja, kako od tradicije, napraviti biznis. Tako su pred 10 godina pokrenuli svoj Soparnik.eu. Najprije su soparnik ponudili na komad i u praktičnim pakiranjima, kod svoje kuće, u Tugarama.
I to na zanimljiv način - " to go". Dođeš pred kuću, uđeš, uzmeš soparnik a ako nikog nema, samo ostaviš novac i ideš dalje. Nešto kao kod Kristine i Marjana, koji imaju štand s povrćem na Boštu. Ide se na povjerenje. I to prolazi.
Kada se je posao zakotrljao, okrenuli su se prema EU fondovima. Tri godine im je trebalo da srede papirologiju, no isplatilo se. Na koncu su dobili europska sredstva preko Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju i počeli ostvarivati svoj plan. Europa prepoznaje prave stvari, trud se isplatio. Njihov OPG dobio je 170.000 nepovratnih eura, što je bilo 70 posto novca potrebnog za cijelu investiciju.
Kupili su profesionalnu opremu, gospodarsko vozilo, solarne panele i krenuli ovaj puta ozbiljno. Nakon prodaje kod svoje kuće u Tugarima, krenuli su prema Splitu u Joker - shopping centar. I tu je soparnik postao poslastica.
A onda, k'o pravi Dalmoši, Lucija i Mario, bacili su oko, naravno, i na Zagreb. I evo ih sada, gotovo u samom središtu metropole.
U Petrinjskoj ulici otvorili su Soparnik.eu to go, mjesto gdje se nudi autentičan poljički soparnik, koji sada i Zagrepčani mogu kupiti po komadu i po cijeni od samo 1,50 eura. Kupaca koliko voliš, i svi hvale pravi hrvatski fast food. Tako su Mario i Lucija, od starog sirotinjskog jela, stvorili pravi brend.
Svakog dana iz Tugara, gdje se tradicionalno peče u kominu, u Split i Zagreb stiže soparnik koje onda se reže na siniji (velika okrugla drvena daska) i prodaje po komadu ili u paketima. Iako su u početku bili malo u skeptični, što je sasvim normalno, u prvih tjedan dana postalo nam je jasno da su pogodili „u sridu“. I Zagrepčani su pokazali da stvarno vole soparnik. Imaju i opciju dostave i u Splitu i u Zagrebu, čeka se oko 90 minuta i na vrata vam stiže paket sa soparnikom po želji.
Mario i Lucija proširili su obitelj. Imaju Ivana i Lauru. Od policije su digli ruke, jer posao sa soparnikom, traži maksimalni angažman. Sada zapošljavaju sedam radnika a i više, već prema potrebi.
