Restoran na Sabljacima konačno je prodan. I ako sam poput mnogih od vas bio malo skeptičan, jer smo do sada, kada je Bjelolasica bila u pitanju, često puta bili izigrani, ovaj puta ipak je uspjelo.
Nakon prvog natječaja u kome nije bilo zainteresiranih, u drugom krugu cijena objekta s pripadajućim zemljištem, smanjena je 10 posto i iznosila je milijun i 170 tisuća kuna. Javila se je tvrtka AIR ALBATROS iz Punta na Krku. Ozbiljnost svojih namjera pokazali su uplatom jamčevine od 70 tisuća kuna a jučer ( 18.8.2015. ) su uplatili kompletnu svotu. Sada stečajni upravitelj s dokumentacijom o uplati ide do stečajnog suca, koji će donijeti konačno rješenje o prodaji. Inače, tvrtka AIR ALBATROS se bavi zračnim prijevozom putnika i robe, te pruža razne turističke usluge u ostalim oblicima turističke ponude: seoskom, zdravstvenom, kulturnom, wellness, kongresnom, za mlade, pustolovnom, lovnom, športskom, golf turizmu, športskom ili rekreacijskom ribolovu na moru, ronilačkom turizmu, športskom ribolovu na slatkim vodama kao dodatna djelatnost u uzgoju morskih i slatkovodnih riba, rakova i školjaka i dr. Preostaje nam samo za nadati se, da će u što kraćem roku krenuti s radovima na novom objektu na jezeru Sabljaci.
Što se tiče upravne zgrada u središtu Ogulina, za taj je objekt jedan uspješan ogulinski poduzetnik položio jamčevinu a rok za konačnu uplatu je 4. rujan.
Za hotelsko naselje Vrelo također zainteresirani ozbiljni kandidati. I „igri“ je ponovno tvrtka AIR ALBATROS zajedno s nekoliko jačih poslovnih partnera, jer radi se o investiciji od oko 40 milijuna kuna.
Za ovaj dio HOC-a, prema nekim saznanjima, zainteresiran je i Todorić. Na tri natječaja nitko se nije javio a u 9. mjesecu, lako bi se moglo dogoditi da se i ovaj dio posrnule Bjelolasice, nađe svog vlasnika. Eppur si muove.
