PRODAJA NASELJA VRELO - SEDMI PUT "U NIŠTA"
I u sedmom krugu, na natječaj za prodaju najvrijednijeg dijela blagopočivajućeg Hrvatskog olimpijskog centra Bjelolasica, nije se javio nitko. Sedmi put – u ništa. Kako je od bitke za kupnju Kupara odustao najveći favorit Todorić, odnosno njegova tvrtka Karisma Hotels Adriatic, nekako smo se nadali da će sada svoju pozornost upraviti ka Bjelolasici, ali nadanja su se izjalovila.
Samo u par rijeći podsjetimo se kako se kretala prodaja HOC-a. Do sada je prodano zgarište restorana Sabljaci u Ogulinu tvrtki Air Albators iz Punta na otoku Krku, dok je upravnu zgradu HOC-a u centru Ogulina kupila je ogulinska tvrtka Pelutd.o.o.
Oko 50 milijuna kuna, bila je početna cijena objekata u Vrelu. U šestom krugu ta cijena pala je na oko 30 milijuna kuna. Radi se o više smještajnih paviljona, zgarišta nekadašnje glavne zgrade i restorana, te skijaških terena s vučnicom i restorana na međustanici, ukupne vrijednosti oko 30 milijuna kuna. Ali ni tada nije bilo zainteresiranih. Ista situacija ponovila je je i u sedmom krugu natječaja. Kao što kaže Mažuranić: „Od sto glasa, glasa čuti nije“. I što sada. Ide još jedan krug. Početna cijena Jasenka I je oko 20, a Jasenka II nešto ispod 4 milijuna kuna. Natječaj će se raspisati najkasnije u roku mjesec dana a ako i ovoga puta ne bude zainteresiranih, Skupština vjerovnika zajedno sa stečajnim upravitelje, odlučiti će što dalje.
