Tim od 10 pravnika koji će se u Ogulinu baviti otkupom zemljišta činit će pravnici koje, po današnjem sporazumu, ustupaju: Županijska uprava za ceste, KODOS, KARLA, opće bolnice Karlovac i Ogulin, županija te Grad Ogulin.
