DOBAR DOGOVOR - DRŽAVNO ZEMLJIŠTE PRELAZI U VLASNIŠTVO GRADA

Gradonačelnik Dalibor Domitrović, njegov zamjenik Daniel Vukelja, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Željko Stipetić i direktor Poduzetničke zone Ogulin Mladen Stipetić dogovorili su na sastanku u Ministarstvu državne imovine slijed radnji koje je potrebno provesti kako bi se Gradu u vlasništvo prenijela državna imovina u bivšoj vojarni Sveti Petar, gdje će se osigurati lokacija za izgradnju novog dječjeg vrtića, te u Poduzetničkoj zoni Ogulin, gdje će se osigurati dodatan prostor za nove investitore.
Sastanak je bio vrlo konkretan i plodonosan. Više nije upitno hoće li državno zemljište u vojarni Sveti Petar i u Poduzetničkoj zoni biti predano u vlasništvo grada – to će zasigurno tako biti nakon što se provedu aktivnosti dogovorene na sastanku! Posebno pozitivna reakcija od strane ministarstva uslijedila je po pitanju predaje zemljišta za izgradnju dječjeg vrtića koje će se parcelacijom izdvojiti od ostatka zemljišta bivše vojarne te žurnim postupkom predati Gradu.
Podsjećamo, obzirom da kapaciteti postojećeg vrtića i nakon dovršetka nadogradnje neće zadovoljiti potrebe to je gradonačelnik odlučio graditi novi vrtić za što je odabrana lokacija u bivšoj vojarni Sveti Petar. Za ovaj projekt gradonačelnik je s Ministarstvom za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku ugovorio sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije, a namjera je prijaviti i izgradnju za sufinanciranje iz EU fondova putem mjere 7.4.1. Vrijednost projekta procijenjena je na 10 milijuna kuna od čega bi se 85% financiralo sredstvima Europske unije.
Što se Poduzetničke zone tiče, obzirom da su postojeća četiri velika investitora (Bjelin, Semmelrock, Reneteh i Monterra) gotovo u potpunosti popunili raspoloživo zemljište, a novi uputi novih investitora i dalje pristižu, to je gradonačelnik prema Ministarstvu državne imovine pokrenuo postupak prijenosa dodatnih 40 hektara državnog zemljišta koje graniči s Poduzetničkom zonom Ogulin. Ovime bi se zona povećala sa sadašnjih 90 hektara na ukupno 130 hektara zemljišta, čime bi postala jedna od najvećih u Hrvatskoj.
Koliko me sjećanje ne vara, glavni problem u poslovanju Poduzetničke zone, još 2004. godine kada je direktor bio Josip Jakovčić, bilo je upravo pitanje neriješenog državnog zemljišta, koje je Grad nastojao dobiti u vlasništvo. Ali nikako nije išlo. Naime, ondašnja Vlada otezala je s donošenjem odluke, po kojoj bi se državno zemljište za potrebe poduzetničkih zona, jedinicama lokalne uprave, dalo u vlasništvo. To natezanje s Vladom trajalo je četiri godine, što je, između ostalog, kočilo razvitak naše Zone. No po svemu sudeći, koliko vidim u ovoj informaciji iz gradske uprave, čini se da sada postoji daleko više sluha za takve probleme, i samo nam je za nadati se, da će prijenos vlasništva s države na Grad, biti proveden u najkraćem roku.
Uz navedene teme na sastanku je raspravljano o dvije zemljišne čestice na području odlagališta Sodol koje su u vlasništvu države, koje ne koče postupak sanacije ovog odlagališta, ali koje je također potrebno riješiti kako bi se zaokružila cjelina i projekt u budućnosti uspješno okončao.
