DAN ŽUPANIJE. POSTHUMNO PRIZNANJE GENERALU STIPETIĆU.
General Petar Stipetić posthumno dobio je javno priznanje Karlovačke županije za životno djelo na današnjoj sjednici u povodu obilježavanja Dana Karlovačke županije, odnosno za izniman doprinos u Domovinskom ratu i ustrojavanju Hrvatske vojske. Na Dan Karlovačke županije stigao je i premijer Andrej Plenković u pratnji ministra Tome Medveda i ministrice Nikoline Brnjac.
Godišnje javno priznanje za 2023. godinu dobio je Ivan Kolenc – Loptica, za izniman doprinos u promicanju i očuvanju vrijednosti Domovinskog rata, potom Nikica Spudić za izniman doprinos u volonterskom radu na području zaštite prirode i spašavanja osoba i imovine.
Dobitnici godišnjeg javnog priznanja županije su i KUD Rečica, za izniman doprinos u promicanju i očuvanju kulturne baštine Karlovačke županije.
Također, godišnje javno priznanje Županije je dobila i Ženska udruga Katarine Josipdol, za izniman doprinos u poticanju ravnopravnosti žena u društvu.Uz to, dobitnici godišnjeg javnog priznanja Županije su i Udruga vinogradara, vinara i voćara Ozalj, za izniman doprinos u razvoju i promociji vinogradarstva i vinarstva te razvoju turizma na području Karlovačke županije.
Premijer je pohvalio rad Karlovačke županije, ocijenivši to sjajnim i dodao da mu je drago da je Vlada mogla pomoći u brojnim projektima. Objasnio je i da svih ovih godina na funkciji predsjednika Vlade svjedoči napretku Karlovačke županije.
Za županicu Martinu Furdek Hajdin najviše veselja donosi veći broj novorođenih jer je svjesna demografskih problema, no uvjerena da se s čvrstim i upornim radom može doći do rezultata. Naglasila je županijska ulaganja u zdravstvo, obrazovanje, no ipak je centar ove županijske vlasti – demografija, odnosno mladi i djeca i sve ono što mijenja standard naviše. Podsjetila je na realizaciju Nikola Tesla Experience Centra, potom dogradnju SUVAG-a, novu zgradu Glazbene škole, gradnju odnosno obnovu Medicinske pa dodala da nikad više sredstava nije uloženo u segment prometa, školstva, gospodarstva i poljoprivrede.
