Tehnička Vlada je na današnjoj sjednici donijela odluku o dodjeli novčane nagrade Marku Purišiću, umjetničkog imena Baby Lasagna, u iznosu od 50.000 eura za uspjeh na ovogodišnjem Eurosongu i kao posebno priznanje Vlade za doprinos promidžbi i međunarodnoj vidljivosti Hrvatske. Ovakvu reklamu koju je Hrvatskoj napravio Marko Purišić - Baby Lazagne, platili bi, brat bratu, daleko daleko više.
Plenković je čestitao Baby Lasagni, na uspjehu na Eurosongu.
- Osvojio je najveći broj glasova publike, a ukupno je bio na 2. mjestu. To je najbolji uspjeh bilo kojeg predstavnika Hrvatske još od uspjeha grupe Riva. Ovo je fascinantan rezultat i mi mu iskreno zahvaljujemo, kao i Gradu Zagrebu na prekrasnom dočeku, a doček je bio i u njegovom Umagu... Bili su to prekrasni trenuci sjajnog mladog čovjeka i njegovoga tima i želimo mu puno uspjeha u daljnjoj karijeri, rekao je premijer Plenković.
A onda se oglasio i Marko neočekivanim potezom, koji pokazuje o kako se skromnom i plamenitom dečku radi. Poručio je da novac neće prihvatiti, već želi da Vlada donira to onima kojima je potrebno.
Na svome je instagramu napisao:
"Zahvaljujem hrvatskoj vladi na novčanoj nagradi u iznosu od 50.000 eura. Ipak, te novce ja ne mogu prihvatiti. Mogao bih navesti mnogo razloga zašto, ali prvi, najbitniji i dovoljni je što postoji puno drugih pojedinaca i organizacija kojima će ti novci daleko više pomoći.
Ovim putem molim gospodina Plenkovića da u moje, te ime Hrvatske vlade donira 25.000 eura Zavodu za pedijatrijsku onkologiju i hematologiju s dnevnom bolnicom 'Mladen Ćepulić'. Nadalje, ostalih 25.000 eura volio bih donirati Zavodu za pedijatrijsku hematologiju, onkologiju i transplantaciju krvotvornih matičnih stanica KBC Zagreb. Hvala", napisao je Marko Purišić.
