Milanović je pobijedio u svim gradovima, a tek su birači u četiri općine svoj glas dale HDZ-ovom kandidatu. To su prave HDZ-ove utvrde na svim dosadašnjim izborima a radi se o Cetingradu, Saborskom, Lasinji i Bosiljevu.

U drugom najvećem gradu u Karlovačkoj županiji Ogulinu glasalo je nešto manje od 48 posto birača. U jedinom gradu Karlovačke županije u kojem SDP drži vlast, Milanović je imao 47,14 posto, dok je Primorac dobio solidnih 29,66 posto.
Dugorešani su Milanoviću dali 48,38 posto glasova, a Primorcu 22,25 posto. Dugorešana je na izbore izašlo 50,80 posto od ukupnog broja upisanih birača.

U Ozlju je na izbore izašlo 51 posto birača a i tamo je Milanović bio prvi izbor većine. Dobio je 52,34 posto glasova, dok je Primorac završio s 21,08 posto.
