Među 24 orkestra i 450 ponajboljih hrvatskih tamburaša, naš Tamburaški sastav KUD-a Klek , proglašen je najboljim na 23. Susretu hrvatskih tamburaških orkestara i sastava.
Uz naše dečke koji su pobjedu odnijeli u kategoriji folklornih sastava te su proglašeni i ukupnim pobjednikom susreta, Karlovačku županiju je predstavljao i Karlovački tamburaški orkestar u koncertnoj kategoriji. Tamburaši KUD-a „Klek“ osvojili su instrument prim, te nastup na Razglednici kulturno umjetničkog amaterizma RH, u organizaciji Hrvatskog sabora kulture, koja će se održati u KD „Vatroslav Lisinski“ u Zagrebu. Potporu 23. Susretu osiguralo je Ministarstvo kulture RH, pokroviteljstvo Zagrebačka županija, supokroviteljstvo turističke zajednice Zagrebačke županije i Grada Dugog Sela, a poklon pakete Podravka d.d. Medijski pratitelji bili su HRT – Hrvatski radio, Radio Martin i Dugoselska kronika."
