SADA "ZAŽELI" - PRIJE "SLUŽBA KUĆNE NJEGE".
“Zaželi – program zapošljavanja žena“, s ciljem osiguranja kontinuirane podrške i potpore ranjivim skupinama društva, održava se već treću godinu. U Ogulinu je na tom projektu, prošle godine bilo zaposleno 30-ak žena, na rok od šest mjeseci. Brinule su se uglavnom o starijim i nemoćnim osobama, tako da su ih redovito posjećivale, donosile im lijekove i namirnice, pomagale u kuhanju, održavanju higijene. Ovaj, hvale vrijedan program, ide i dalje.
Ministar Marin Piletić, u utorak je svečano uručio 38 ugovora u sklopu programa "Zaželi" te ga nazvao "hrvatskim patentom" i jednim od najboljih programa Vlade.
Sada u programu imamo dvije novine.
Kao prvo, kao pružatelji pomoći u kući, osim nezaposlenih žena, mogu raditi i nezaposleni muškarci. I drugo, program se provodi, ne više na godinu dana ili na šest mjeseci, nego na tri godine. Tako oni koji rade, imaju sigurnost trogodišnjeg ugovora.
Ugovori vrijedni više od 37 milijuna eura i sufinancirani iz Europskog socijalnog fonda plus uručeni su udrugama, općinama i gradovima za njihove korisnike.
Programom „Zaželi“ otvaraju se deseci tisuća radnih mjesta, a k tome se još pruža usluga pomoći u kući za više od 66.000 korisnika, koliko je predviđeno ugovorima.
Upravo zbog toga „Zaželi“ definitivno predstavlja jedan od najboljih programa Vlade kroz socijalnu politiku. Kapa dolje.
No moram spomenuti, da program „Zaželi“, uz sve pohvale za njegovu realizaciju, zapravo nije novina i nekakav „hrvatski proizvod“, kako kaže ministar Piletić.
